Name, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth — required to compute your astrological chart.
Telegram user ID and chat ID — used to deliver your daily readings.
Payment information processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your card or payment details.
Conversation history with Mira, to provide continuity across sessions.

How We Use Your Information

To calculate your birth chart and generate personalised horoscope readings.
To deliver daily readings via Telegram at your preferred time.
To process your subscription payment via Razorpay.
To improve the accuracy and relevance of readings over time.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We use the following service providers to operate Mira:

Razorpay — for payment processing.
Google Firebase — for secure data storage.
Prokerala API — for astrological chart computation.
Anthropic (Claude) — for generating reading content.

Data Retention

Your birth details and conversation history are retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by messaging Mira on Telegram or emailing mira.health.live@gmail.com.

Your Rights
